The members of the CIPFA in the Midlands Regional Council are listed below.
The regional council has overall responsibility for managing the region's affairs. Agendas and action notes can be found on the meetings and minutes page.
CIPFA Midlands promotes links with related professional bodies, such as the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT), the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and the ICAEW.
The council meets four times annually in person and online, to shape local support to members and students, to raise the profile of CIPFA regionally and to provide a link with CIPFA HQ. Members have the opportunity to become involved in events, seminars and other initiatives across the region. Nominations to council are sought ahead of the AGM, which usually takes place in March. However, there is always space for a willing volunteer and a number of roles are currently vacant. To find out more or to express an interest, please email midlands.region@cipfa.org.
