We have developed a range of modules especially for budget and cost centre managers working in non-finance roles. Focusing on the knowledge and skills needed to effectively and efficiently manage their area's finances, these modules can be taken independently or as part of the Diploma in Finance Skills for Public Sector Managers. The stand alone Finance Skills courses can also be provided as part of licence agreement package for you to host on your own learning platform. The Certificate in Performance Audit Fundamentals offers a detailed introduction to the key elements of planning, executing, communicating and monitoring performance audits. All CIPFA members are entitled to a 10% discount.
