Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy will be held at the Manchester Central Convention Complex, Windmill Street, Manchester M2 3GX on Tuesday 9 July 2024 at 15:00 (UTC+1:00).

All CIPFA members are invited to attend. Business will include:

  • consideration of the CIPFA Group Annual Report and Financial Statements for 2023
  • re-appointment of auditors for the ensuing year
  • A resolution to change to CIPFA’s Supplemental Charter – Byelaw 47(b) – to remove the requirement for Honorary Officers to be economically active.

How to vote

Members who are eligible to vote will receive unique voting codes via email. Voting closes at 12:00 (UTC+1:00) on 5 July 2024.
