Post-COVID-19 Scenario Planning lays out the results of an online survey conducted between 18 February and 12 March 2021 and subsequent roundtable discussion in May into the future of financial planning in local government in the wake of the pandemic. It highlights the need for effective scenario modelling in navigating the uncertain times we now face. The survey and roundtable were conducted by CIPFA and sponsored by Unit4.
