Colleagues from across health and social care met in Birmingham at a CIPFA/PWC round-table to consider how devolution might impact on the progression of health and care integration.
Contributors included Geoff Little, Deputy Chief Executive, Manchester City Council set out how Greater Manchester is using its devolved powers to make progress in this area and Mark Rogers, who in the week before announcing his resignation as Chief Executive of Birmingham City Council, gave his candid views governance and coherence of national policy.
