Chris is a CIPFA Property Advisor with extensive experience in the UK public sector. He has delivered strategic services, team management and change management in various capacities as an independent consultant, an officer of a local authority and private sector contractor.

Most recently as an independent consultant, Chris led on a territory-wide One Public Estate Programme. As an Asset strategist in a local authority he gained extensive experience in all aspects of the property cycle ranging through strategy services including Estates Strategy & Planning, Corporate Landlord, Community Asset Planning and operational process and standards improvement. He also managed the Asset Information Team along with the asset registry database, providing corporate reporting and benchmarking content. Through the asset team he also programme and project managed change programmes.
