Please download our CV template and re-attach it once completed - Download CV Template

The membership number of the accountancy body you are already a member of

The date you became a member of your current accountancy body *

A Letter of Good Standing from your current accountancy body

Please note that if it is not possible to provide a Letter of Good Standing, this does not automatically exclude you from gaining CIPFA Membership.
