Local authority accounting panel bulletins
Bulletins issued by the Local Authority Accounting Panel (LAAP), providing topical guidance on specific issues and accounting developments.
In some cases they also clarify detailed accounting requirements. In 2018 they were replaced by CIPFA Bulletins.
