Following the Invitation to Comment stage earlier this year, CIPFA's second consultation on the 2021/22 CIPFA Service Reporting Code of Practice (SeRCOP) is now running.
Detailed in the documents downloadable below are the proposed changes to the Service Expenditure Analysis for England and Wales. The consultation paper sets out the proposed changes for feedback and there is a PDF of the amended sections of the 2021/22 SEA, with the proposed changes highlighted in yellow.
