1 Terms and conditions
These additional terms and conditions must be read with the website terms and conditions and the general terms and conditions of sale available on our website. By using our website you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the relevant terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all the relevant terms and conditions in their entirety, you must not use our website or order any product or service through the website.
2 Service provision
This service is provided by CIPFA Business, on behalf of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA).
3 Commencement and term
The service will be provided on an annual subscription basis. The subscription period will run until 31 March. Payment for the subscription will be due on presentation of an invoice.
4 Subscription renewal
An organisation accepting a subscription renewal will be deemed to have accepted the terms of the service level agreement as set out in this schedule. The ongoing subscription will be automatically renewed on 1 April each year unless prior notification of cancellation is received in accordance with the cancellation terms below.
5 Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel your subscription renewal you must do so by giving one month's notice in writing or by e-mail before the next subscription start date. A subscriber may cancel their subscription mid-term but fees are not returnable.
If CIPFA does not receive details of the intention to cancel a subscription, at least one month before the start date of the next subscription period, the subscription will automatically be renewed and the subscribing organisation will be liable for the full subscription fee for the new period.

6 Subscription fees
Subscription fees will be subject to an annual review. All online subscription fees will be subject to VAT charged at the UK standard rate.
7 Nominated contacts
For liaison purposes each subscribing organisation should nominate a contact point for any queries concerning this subscription.
8 Copyright and users' rights
All information provided is the copyright of CIPFA. Unless expressly stated to the contrary, users may print and distribute copies of information retrieved from TISonline provided the source and ownership of copyright in the information is expressly acknowledged on the copy. The user may not pass on information retrieved from www.tisonline.net to any third party without the prior written permission of CIPFA.
9 Service entitlement
Unless otherwise stated, your subscription will provide full multi-user access to the TISonline service for all users authenticated through your organisation's email facility.
10 Liability
No responsibility for loss occasioned to any persons acting or refraining from action as a result of any material on this website can be accepted by the contributors or by CIPFA. Although every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information provided on this site, it may contain errors for which the contributors and CIPFA cannot be responsible.
