Speaker - Hardev Virdee, Group Chief Finance Officer, Barts Health NHS Trust in London

Hardev is Group CFO of Barts Health, a group organisation managing several hospitals across London. He previously worked as CFO of Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL), one of the largest combined mental health and community trusts in the country.

He previously helped create a London CFO group tasked with addressing the need for the finance function to represent the population it serves at every level. He also worked as Director of Finance at Hounslow Primary Care Trust, followed by several other commissioning board roles in London. He combined a CFO role with leading on reducing health inequalities in Wandsworth Clinical Commissioning Group, working closely with community groups.
