CIPFA mourns the death of HM Queen Elizabeth II after 70 years of extraordinary public service as UK head of state and head of the Commonwealth.
Her reign spanned eight decades through which Her Majesty saw unprecedented social and economic change, both in the UK and around the world. Her passing marks the end of an era.
