About this event

The session will include practice examples covering some of the more complex and potentially contentious areas where business cases are needed, including capital projects, new delivery models and outsourcing/insourcing.

Stakeholders can be at a range of seniority and from different professional disciplines. Indeed, in our experience it works well to have a range of backgrounds and views to reinforce the need for collaborative working.
