Speaker - David Lyford- Tilley, Head of Standards and Technical at CIPFA

David Lyford-Tilley is CIPFA’s Head of Standards and Technical. He leads CIPFA’s work on public sector standard-setting and technical support via CIPFA’s Networks. He was formerly a Technical Manager in ICAEW’s Tech Faculty, where he wrote and spoke on a wide range of technological topics relevant to accountants in business and practice.

Speaker - Atif Ishaq, Head of R&D Data and Enterprise Generative AI at Haleon

Atif is a data and technology leader with experience working globally in senior roles within the public and private sectors. He currently leads the development of R&D Data and AI initiatives and enterprise Generative AI solutions at Haleon. Atif also serves as an Associate Non-Executive Director with an NHS trust, providing insights on governance aspects of technology and AI.

Speaker - Saibal Samaddar, Lead AIX – ATC, India at Infosys Consulting

Saibal is the India head of the AI transformation consulting practice of Infosys Consulting. With 18 years of experience in the field of management and technology consulting, Saibal has been advising clients in their strategic business transformation using data and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. Before joining Infosys, Saibal has been associated with KPMG and PwC for over eleven years in various advisory roles. Saibal’s visionary and coaching leadership style has helped him to drive strategic change in his and his client’s organisations and has successfully led multiple global ‘strategy to execution’ engagements. Leveraging his experience of working in 10+ countries, currently, he consults clients in harnessing the potential of AI as a source of competitive advantage.
