Key highlights from the report include:
- An estimate that 5% of revenues is lost to fraud.
- The average value of fraud identified was $145,000.
- Frauds were running for an average 18 months before being identified
- The presence of anti-fraud controls is associated with reduced losses and shorter fraud duration.
