The submit included:

arrangements with leaders in the field
- Fighting fraud: What can be done to minimise the cost of rising insurance fraud.
- An opportunity for public sector practitioners to share best practice and discuss complexities of insurable and non-insurable risk; self-insurance and risk transfer.
- Planning for future scenarios: a plenary session that considered responses to key insurance challenges, from Actuarial Reports, MMI Claw-back to self insured losses.
