This March series of practitioner workshops provided delegates with an opportunity to learn about, and think through, their own commissioning challenges.
In the current climate of increased commissioning due to reduced resources and a strategic shift towards market driven results, these workshops considered the challenges this presents to commissioners in managing current internal delivery expectations, the squeeze on local voluntary and community sector and the desire for choice and results of stakeholders.
