About this event

We will start looking at how you can start to develop high level policy for the management of property assets including engagement with, and involvement of, key stakeholders. We will then move on to what elements might be incorporated into a effective strategy, and possibly more importantly, what to leave out. Finally, we will talk about the Asset Management Action Plan which should provide a forward plan which can be used to demonstrate progress and performance

Session 1: Understanding how the organisational working structure and processes might affect the format, and the way in which we develop asset management documentation.

Session 2: Establishing the essential components of an asset management policy with practical ideas for how to engage with various stakeholders across an organisation.

Session 3: Understanding the key areas to consider when formulating an asset management strategy and what level to pitch it at.

Session 4: Appreciating how an Asset Management action plan can be utilised as an essential tool in the strategic management of assets. Understanding key milestones that might require timely revisions to our documentation.
