This event coincided with the LGPS Structural Reform consultation from DCLG which will included a number of recommendations including collective investing and a preference for passive investing. There was also a consultation on changes to the governance arrangements to meet the requirements of the Public Service Pensions Act such as Local Pension boards and a review of existing administration arrangements.
