The much anticipated European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) has now been published under the Commission
Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/7, and will come into effect from 26
January 2016 in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. The ESPD is a major new
innovation of the recent Public Contracts
Directive 2014/24/EU and is expected, over time, to become a key
part of the procurement process.
