Tom is a director in the UK-based GES team. He leads their offering to the public sector across the UK (including the NHS, central government, local government, housing, charities and education). He has over 20 years of experience providing tax advice. For the last 13 of these he specialised in providing employment tax advice to private and public sector clients. He has experience of assisting clients with all areas of employment tax but most notably employment status, CIS, HMRC enquiries, reviewing existing processes and policies to make them more robust, expenses and termination payments.

Sarah is an Associate Director based in the Indirect Tax team in Bristol. Sarah has 19 years of experience of providing indirect tax advice to both private and public sector clients and has input into one of the leading VAT and property textbooks. She has experience of assisting clients with all areas of VAT including land and property, tax efficient structuring, HMRC enquiries and obtaining significant VAT refunds for her clients.
