The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities have published an information letter setting out the provisions of the Council Tax Reduction Schemes (Prescribed Requirements) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2022, which billing authorities must include when designing their local council tax support schemes for 2022 to 2023.
