In accordance with sections 52ZY and 68 of the Local Government Finance Act 1992 ('the 1992 Act'), section 139A of the Local Government Finance Act 1988, section 230 of the Local Government Act 1972, the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities gives notice that the authorities mentioned in the below formal notice are required to supply the information specified in the schedule to the notice in the form and manner and at the time specified.
The schedule to this notice specifies certain statutory periods for the submission of CTR1, CTR2, CTR3 and CTR4 returns. The deadline for all forms to be returned is Friday 11 March 2022.
