The attached consultation paper issued 23 November 2021 by the Welsh Government seeks views on their proposals to amend the development management system and planning policy in Wales to help local planning authorities manage second homes and short-term holiday lets. Responses must arrive by 22 February 2022 at the latest.
As there is potential for variations/changes to Council Tax, this recent consultation paper may be of interest to Welsh Authority practitioners.
