The Valuation Office Agency (VOA) has published its updated personal information charter. The charter provides customers, clients and practitioners with the standards they can expect from the agency when they handle and hold personal information.
The VOA gives the government the valuations and property advice needed to support local taxation and benefits. It also provides information on council tax bands for homes in England or Wales.
