Customer tracking survey 2015/16

The Valuation Office Agency (VOA) has published its annual research report, detailing the results of the customer tracking survey 2015/16, looking at the views, experiences and satisfaction of customers whose council tax appeals concluded between January and December 2015.

The agency commissioned GfK, an independent research company, to undertake its annual customer tracking survey, comprising four waves of research among the VOA’s customers in the 2015/16 survey period (one per quarter).
