In July 2019 the Welsh government published its annual report on the Council Tax Reduction Scheme for 2018/2019.
The annual report provides data for Wales on an overall year-end caseload as well as the value of reductions in 2018-19 based on case management data. It also provides an analysis of the trends and patterns since the Council Tax Reduction Scheme was introduced.

The Welsh government has also issued a press release in relation to its concerns that some of Wales’ most vulnerable households could be missing out on valuable support with their council tax.
