The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government has requested the completion of QRC4 data for council tax and non-domestic business rates from all billing authorities.
The department is aware that the Coronavirus may cause exceptional pressures on local authorities, and where a local authority encounters difficulties, they will adopt as flexible approach as possible with regard to data requirements. The QRC4 form deadline for completion has been extended to Friday 22 May 2020.
