It’s that time of the year again! The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government and Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, has written to chief financial officers and treasurers of billing authorities in England asking them to supply information specified on the CTB (October 2021) and the CTB (Supplementary) (October 2021) forms which have been e-mailed to the relevant officer in their local authority.
Completed forms should be returned to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities by Friday 15 October 2021.
