Updated on 22 December 2021, the Valuation Office Agency (VOA) has issued updated authority to act forms when representing someone who wishes to challenge their council tax band.
Practitioners are asked to note that if they need to return any forms or documents to the VOA, they should send them electronically. Any documents sent by post may be delayed due to continued disruption to the postal system caused by the pandemic.
