VOA Challenges and Changes statistics

The Valuation Office Agency has published its latest statistics on challenges against and changes made to the England and Wales council tax valuation lists between 1 April 2016 and 31 March 2017.

The VOA received 52,000 challenges during this period. It resolved 53,000 challenges, of which 60% resulted in no change to the council tax band.
